
James Hamby is releasing a poetry collection entitled Fallible Aesthetics, under the Quickbeam Books imprint.
Hamby offers readers a reflective collection of poems on themes such as finding beauty in an uncertain world; epiphany and crossing thresholds; and the futility of impermanence.
Serial release is slated to begin in March 2023, with publication scheduled for October 2023.

Author
James Hamby is the Associate Director of the Writing Center at Middle Tennessee State University, where he also teaches courses in composition and literature. His wife Holly is a better poet and academic than he is, and his kids can all beat him in chess, probably. He has too many cats, a perpetually failing garden, and makes amazing potato soup.
