Rev. Dr. Jay Moses is a Pastor in the Washington D.C. area as well as teaching at both the University of Maryland and Georgetown University. He holds graduate degrees in Christian Liturgy, Islamic Studies as well as a Masters from Signum University in Language and Literature. Some of his favorite authors are J.R.R. Tolkien (of course), Ursula Le Guin, Ray Bradbury, Octavia Butler as well as the author in which he did his Thesis work; M.R. James. Although he gets nervous in the dark, he still has a guilty pleasure for Folk Horror which he continues to read with multiple lights on.
